2. You gave too much information
3. You’re not enthusiastic
Come on, be honest with yourself.
If you’re not enthusiastic, you’re not going to get them enthusiastic
“Sir, why would you want to put money down, half our customers don’t put money down on that vehicle, why would you want to put money down?”
Customer: “I don’t want to put money down.”
“Excellent, you called the right place sir, I’m the guy.”
You sick of being positive? Quit this job. Go to the next one and be negative, you’re going to have trouble there to.

You can use switch cars
You can use your other inventory.
You could use a lease to solve the problem.
A great hook; “Hey let me show you how to keep your payments the same.”
Down payment’s not about down payment, it’s about monthly payment.
This buyer’s probably upside down anyway, that’s not going to be your real problem.

The real problem’s going to be you didn’t pay me enough for my trade.
